Do You Want a Coffee and Wine Bar in Eden Prairie?
Voice your opinion at an upcoming public hearing.
On Monday, Aug. 26, the Eden Prairie Planning Commission will host a public hearing at 7 p.m. regarding the addition of a new restaurant to the community.
If the commission recommends the addition to the City Council, People’s Organic Coffee and Wine Bar will be on it’s way to adding Eden Prairie to it’s list of locations.
Currently, People’s Organic has locations in Edina, Minnetonka and Minneapolis. If the City Council approves the plans, the coffee and wine bar would be located at the corner of Prairie Center Drive and Valley View Road on roughly 1.25 acres of land.

The restaurant will sell local or organic wines and beers.
