Season's Over For Eden Prairie Legion Baseball Team
Eden Prairie lost their tournament game 7-3 on Saturday.
Omaha West beat Eden Prairie's American Legion baseball team 7-3 on Saturday in the American Legion Central Plains Regional baseball tournament in Fargo, ending Eden Prairie's season (33-14).
The game featured six errors and a combined seven wild pitches and passed balls, according to The Forum.
Eden Prairie defeated Burnsville in the championship game of the state tournament. Both teams advanced to the regional tournament.

Five days later, Burnsville beat Eden Prairie, scoring the game-winning run on a wild pitch. Burnsville won their game Saturday against Carroll County, Iowa, earning the team a secured spot in the championship.
