Owner and President of Eden Prairie Corporation Dies
The funeral service for Douglas Skanse will be held Friday, with visitation on Thursday and Friday.
Douglas R. Skanse, 77, of Bloomington died Thursday, July 25, 2013.
Skanse was owner, president and CEO of Douglas Corporation in Eden Prairie.
"Doug loved church, family, work, friends, sports, music and his dogs," according to his obituary from Washburn-McReavy Funeral Chapels, Cemeteries and Cremation Services.
The funeral will be held at 11 a.m. Friday at Grace Church in Eden Prairie. Visitation will be held from 5 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Washburn-McReavy Edina Chapel, and one hour prior to the funeral at the Grace Church.
