Heidi Carpenter and Shannon McDonough Elected to Fafinski Mark & Johnson’s Board of Directors

EDEN PRAIRIE, Minn. — July 16, 2014 — Fafinski Mark & Johnson, P.A. announced today that shareholders Heidi Carpenter and Shannon McDonough have been elected to the firm’s board of directors. The board of directors now consists of five shareholders: Robert Fafinski, Jr., Donald Chance Mark, Jr., Kevin Johnson, Heidi Carpenter, and Shannon McDonough.

Carpenter is a commercial attorney who provides counsel to investors, start-up companies, and closely-held businesses of all sizes with corporate, transactional and employment law matters. McDonough is the head of Fafinski Mark & Johnson’s HR & Employment practice; she defends employers in a variety of employment-related actions in state and federal courts across the country, as well as advises on employment matters.
