Fafinski Mark & Johnson Expands Practice with Addition of New Attorney

Fafinski Mark & Johnson, P.A. announced today that attorney Heather Diersen has joined the Eden Prairie-based firm as an associate in the HR & Employment and Litigation practice groups. Fafinski Mark & Johnson serves local, national and international clients in 11 primary practice areas: Aviation, Bankruptcy & Insolvency, Commercial Lending & Finance, Commercial Real Estate, Estate & Trusts, General Corporate & Business, HR & Employment, Insurance, Intellectual Property, Litigation and Mergers & Acquisitions.

Prior to joining FMJ, Diersen was a litigator for a regional insurance company in the Twin Cities. She defended businesses and individuals in residential construction defect and bodily injury lawsuits and handled other insurance defense matters. Diersen also previously clerked for the Honorable Ann L. Alton of the Hennepin County District Court, where she worked on civil trials and hearings, including cases related to employment law and business matters. She earned her degree from William Mitchell College of Law.
