Fafinski Mark & Johnson, P.A. announced today that attorney Roger Maldonado has joined the Eden Prairie-based firm as an associate in the Bankruptcy & Insolvency practice group. Fafinski Mark & Johnson serves local, national and international clients in 11 primary practice areas: Aviation, Bankruptcy & Insolvency, Commercial Lending & Finance, Commercial Real Estate, Estate & Trusts, General Corporate & Business, HR & Employment, Insurance, Intellectual Property, Litigation and Mergers & Acquisitions.

Maldonado comes to Fafinski Mark & Johnson from a Minneapolis-based firm. He previously served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Michael J. Davis of the District Court of Minnesota and clerked at the Hennepin County Attorney’s Office. Maldonado also volunteered at the Minnesota Justice Foundation and Minnesota Assistance Council for Veterans. He earned his degree from the University of St. Thomas School of Law.
