Eden Prairie-based law firm Fafinski Mark & Johnson adds attorney to Commercial Real Estate group

Fafinski Mark & Johnson, P.A. announced today that attorney Colleen Windler has joined the Eden Prairie-based firm as an associate in the Commercial Real Estate group. Fafinski Mark & Johnson serves local, national and international clients in 11 primary practice areas: Aviation, Bankruptcy & Insolvency, Commercial Lending & Finance, Commercial Real Estate, Estate & Trusts, General Corporate & Business, HR & Employment, Insurance, Intellectual Property, Litigation and Mergers & Acquisitions.

Windler comes to Fafinski Mark & Johnson from Dorsey & Whitney where she was an associate in the firm’s real estate group. She has extensive legal experience drafting, negotiating and advising clients on residential and commercial real estate transactional matters, including leases, purchase and sale documents, lending, title matters, foreclosures, and real estate transfer documents. She earned her degree from the University of Minnesota Law School.

“We’re happy to have Colleen on board at Fafinski Mark & Johnson,” said Robert Fafinski, Jr., CEO of Fafinski Mark & Johnson. “Like the majority of attorneys at our firm, Colleen came from a larger firm and is now looking forward to practicing in a smaller-firm setting, while maintaining the sophistication and caliber of work.”
