Empty Bowls Takes Place Saturday

Enjoy some soup, take home a bowl and help raise money for PROP.

People Reaching Out to Other People is inviting residents to its Fourth Annual Empty Bowls event.

The event, formerly called Souper Bowl, brings together neighbors for “a humble meal of soup and bread” while raising money for PROP.

Goodwill donations are collected at the door; there is no set fee to attend. Attendees get to take home one of the nearly 600 ceramic bowls that local schools made. There will also be entertainment and a silent auction.
