I remember in the 2010 elections, the DFL candidates in Eden Prairie raised a gigantic stink about the city council and mayoral candidates running with a Republican party endorsement. The DFL even ran to cry to the Star Tribune about it:(http://www.startribune.com/printarticle/?id=105143434) At least the two Republican candidates in 2010 were upfront and honest with the voters as to who they are and what their values are. They didn't hide anything. And the same goes for Brad Aho and Jon Duckstad, who are running with the GOP endorsement this year.
Ron Case is very sneaky to send a secret mailer only to Democrats in Eden Prairie to saddle up to them (see the first line in his mailer: My fellow Democrats)...showing only Democrats his true colors and trying to fool Republicans into thinking he is non-partisan. Ron Case, you are the Eddie Haskell of Eden Prairie politics. If you are so proud to be DFL, tell EVERYONE, not just the DFL.

If endorsed Republicans bother Ron Case so much then why are most of his signs snuggled up to Duckstad, Aho, Loon, Hann and Paulsen?

Didn't Case seek the Rep endorsement a couple times? I believe it was denied. Sour grapes?

AND.... If Ron Case believes the Council race should be non-partisan, then why is he reaching out to Democrats with a "secret", last minute mailer asking for support against 2 GOP candidates? If he truly believed the race was non-partisan, why would their endorsement matter? And why would he put out one mailer to just Democrats and another to the rest of the city?

And this coming from Ron Case, the same guy who asked for the GOP endorsement back in 2004 or 2006. Typical politician with, situational morality.

Great job, folks, at busting this scandal wide open.
Gee, no response at all from Case or any mouthpiece on his behalf. He has been exposed as a political con artist and is just hoping that nobody will notice. Fat chance.
Mr. Case, once again, is acting like a weasel. We don't need anymore weasels in public office.
